What are the different rates offered?

• Free
– Children under 5 years old (4 years and 364 days old) – on the lap of an accompanying adult

• Reduced rates – €15 including tax
– Person with a disability (upon presentation of their ID card) and their accompanying adult

• Family and Group – €15 including tax (for groups of 4 or more)

• Adult rates – €20 including tax

• Child rates – €12 including tax (5 to 15 years old)

I’m not logged in or I don’t want to pay online: where can I buy my tickets?
You can buy your tickets at the ticket office at the site entrance or online.

I want to change the date of my reservation. How do I do this?
Here are the steps to change the date of your reservation:
1) Log in to your Placeminute ticketing account.
2) Click on My Tickets > Actions > Change Date.
3) Choose your new time slot, then click on “Change Reservation Date.”
4) Download your new tickets. They will also be sent to you by email.
Please note: You can change your time slot up to 2 hours before your arrival.

If I can’t attend, can I get a refund?
Yes, if you have purchased cancellation insurance on the Placeminute ticketing platform.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, several parking lots are located within a 5-minute walk of the cathedral.

Can I use public transportation to get to the show?
Yes, the city of Sarlat has a public transportation network.
